This year, shaped by very particular weather conditions, has been thoroughly analyzed by our <strong>Technical Director, Diego Morcillo<\/strong>, who offers an expert perspective on the evolution of the vineyard, the quality of the grapes, and the potential of the wines to come. <\/p>\n<h3>A Balanced and Favorable Climate Year<\/h3>\n<p class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\">According to Diego Morcillo, 2025 has been<em> \u201ca very interesting year from a climatic point of view.\u201d<\/em> Rainfall was present throughout the different seasons, which helped develop a vigorous leaf canopy and a well-balanced vine. This healthy vegetative growth was key to ensuring proper fruit ripening.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\">During August and September, the <strong>absence of rain<\/strong> played a decisive role. Although this led to a slight reduction in yield\u2014since the grapes didn\u2019t swell as much as in wetter years\u2014it ensured <strong>perfect vineyard health<\/strong>. <em>\u201cThe concentration we\u2019ve achieved is truly remarkable,\u201d<\/em> says Morcillo, which promises wines of great intensity and quality. <\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>Wines with Great Aging Potential<\/h3>\n<p class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\">The 2025 harvest is defined by a <strong>high concentration of sugars, polyphenols, and aromas<\/strong>, resulting in wines with body, structure, and excellent aging capacity.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">\n<p class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"><strong>Red wines:<\/strong> Diego highlights that <em>\u201cwe\u2019re going to obtain concentrated wines with excellent ripeness,\u201d<\/em> ideal for<strong> barrel aging<\/strong> and later bottle aging.
