The world of wine is not only built in the vineyard and the cellar; it is also strengthened through communication and marketing. Today we celebrate a milestone that reaffirms Bodegas Vicente Gandía’s position as an international benchmark: the
An Award that Honors Excellence in Wine Communication
The award ceremony was held last weekend at the O Grove auditorium (Galicia), attended by more than 250 guests from 7 European countries, including representatives of brotherhoods, gastronomy experts, and leaders in the wine sector. The Mayor of O Grove, Mr. José Antonio Cacabelos, presented this distinction that fills us with pride. This award not only recognizes a marketing strategy but a philosophy: creating unique experiences around wine, connecting tradition and modernity.
From the winery, we emphasize that this recognition is the result of the collective work of the entire team and a brand vision based on creativity, authenticity, and commitment to Valencian wine culture. This success is also due to the dedication and leadership of Carlos García Bartual in developing communication projects that have strengthened the company’s international presence.

What Are the Aurum Awards and the European Oenogastronomic Brotherhoods Council?
The Aurum Europa Excellence Awards are granted by the European Oenogastronomic Brotherhoods Council, an institution that brings together the main enogastronomic brotherhoods in Europe. Its mission is to preserve, promote, and disseminate European gastronomic and wine culture, fostering excellence and tradition across all member countries.
Every year, the European Council of Enogastronomic Brotherhoods organizes an international gala that recognizes the work of professionals, companies, and organizations that stand out for their contribution to enogastronomy, innovation, and the promotion of products with territorial identity. These awards are considered among the highest distinctions in the sector, as they endorse quality and commitment to wine and gastronomic culture.
