Thousands of years ago, Greeks and Romans already used ceramic vats for the production, transport and conservation of wine. Ceramic combines its aging in a vat with its aging in French oak barrels. Aging in a vat provides a lot of freshness and expressiveness, while aging in the barrel provides great finesse and elegance to our wines, while allowing them to be very respectful of the specific characteristics of our terroir.
