General Information
Cabernet Sauvignon undoubtedly the queen of red varieties worldwide. Native of Médoc (Bordeaux), although forming the base of most Bordeaux reds. Cabernet Sauvignon enables very powerful wines to be produced, with intense colour and vigorous tannins but with much finesse and which age well.
Of intense cherry colour, predominant in its bouquet are the typical aromas of redcurrant and undergrowth, along with some balsamic notes. Well structured on the palate with robust tannins. Spicy, lingering and flavoursome aftertaste.
