General Information
The harvest takes place during the first half of October. This is followed by a short period of maceration of the skins with their juice in order to extract the very peculiar aromas that characterise this variety and obtain the desired shades.
A pale pink wine with pinkish reflections, clean and with a multitude of nuances, like its own animal, a shy and solitary wine that is gaining its place. As for its aromas, red fruits and notes of roses and violets predominate with a finish where the power of slightly liquorice cherries is marked. When you reach its bottom as you move it around your mouth, the balance is total, fresh, fruity, balanced and grateful. May this jewel not be extinguished.
