Bodegas Vicente Gandía is proud to announce the launch of its newest wine, Ceramic Monastrell Rosé, aged in vats. This exquisite wine completes the Ceramic family, the winery’s renowned line of ultra-premium wines.
The Monastrell grapes used to make this wine come from the La Algueña region of Alicante. The grapes are selected at the perfect point of ripeness to obtain the best raw material. Pressing is carried out gently to extract the purest must from the fruit. Ceramic Monastrell is then fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Finally, the wine is aged in clay jars to offer a range of different nuances, while respecting the nuances of the Alicante terroir.
Ceramic Monastrell Rosé is the result of a meticulous production process that combines winemaking tradition with innovative winemaking techniques. This wine promises to offer a unique sensorial experience, ideal for wine lovers who seek quality and distinction in every glass.
Pale pink with rosy highlights. Floral notes predominate on the nose with hints of red fruit, peach, and watermelon. The palate is fresh and lively thanks to its good acidity and just the right amount of carbon dioxide.
Bodegas Vicente Gandía reaffirms its commitment to excellence and innovation in the world of wine, collaborating every day to help Valencian wine achieve a higher level of positioning.
