At Bodegas Vicente Gandía, we’ve been sharing the flavor of our land with the world for 140 years. That’s why receiving the GASTROCOPE 2025 Winery Award at the VI GastroCOPE Valencia Awards not only fills us with pride, but also deeply moves us. This recognition, presented during the sixth edition of the awards organized by the GASTROCOPE program of COPE Valencia, is a tribute to our history, our team, and above all, our passion for wine
An award with a Mediterranean flavor
The gala, held at the iconic Veles e Vents building, was a true tribute to Valencian gastronomy. This year, the spotlight was on rice — an ingredient that is part of our cultural identity and brings generations together around the table. From traditional paella to the most innovative creations, rice was the common thread of a magical evening that celebrated the talent, creativity, and commitment of the gastronomic and tourism sectors of the province of Valencia.
We feel especially honored to have been recognized in the GASTROCOPE Winery category, sharing the stage with outstanding professionals and projects who, like us, work every day to bring the best of Valencia to the world.

140 years of history, 90 countries, one shared passion
In 2025, we celebrate our 140th anniversary. Fourteen decades of crafting wines with a Mediterranean soul, embracing innovation without losing sight of our roots. As our CEO, Javier Gandía, said during the gala: ‘We love being ambassadors of our land around the world. We enjoy what we do and always strive to do things differently—otherwise, we get bored.’ Today, our wines are present in over 90 countries, yet every bottle is still born with the same spirit we started with: respect for the land, love for wine, and a commitment to quality.
