Today, that story becomes a unique sensory experience with the launch of CEREMONIA DEPÓSITO, a range made up of four exceptional wines: a white, a rosé, a red, and a brut reserva cava. Four expressions of character, freshness, and elegance, fermented in specific tanks at our winery to enhance their personality.
What makes the CEREMONIA DEPÓSITO range special?
Fermentation is much more than a technical stage. It is a ritual. A moment when the grape transforms into wine, and where every detail —temperature, tank location, time— influences the final result. In this range, each wine has been fermented in a specific tank within our winery, carefully selected for its thermal and environmental conditions. This decision allows for a purer, more complex, and longer-lasting expression of the wine.
CEREMONIA DEPÓSITO 19 CRIANZA CABERNET SAUVIGNON
A vibrant and brilliant cherry-red wine, with hues ranging from violet to reddish tones that reflect its youth and energy. It boasts remarkable color intensity and exceptional clarity. On the nose, it reveals a complex aromatic palette dominated by ripe black fruits, plums, and currants, with a distinctive presence of red bell pepper, spices, and elegant toasted notes that add depth and aromatic generosity. On the palate, it offers good volume, rich fruit expression, and finely crafted tannins that provide structure without sacrificing smoothness, conveying calm, balance, and serene elegance.
Fermented in Tank 19, located in the mid-level area of the winery, where the constant and moderate temperature allows for a refined and elegant extraction during the fermentation process, enhancing the noble character of this Cabernet Sauvignon.

CEREMONIA DEPÓSITO 37 SAUVIGNON BLANC
A lemon-yellow white wine with golden and greenish hues, exceptionally clean and bright. On the nose, it offers medium intensity with well-defined citrus aromas, accompanied by hints of slightly damp grass, ripe peach, pineapple, mango, and an elegant vegetal finish with a finely integrated note of asparagus. On the palate, it delivers a perfect balance between freshness and volume, making it a complex, refreshing, and truly enjoyable wine.
Its fermentation took place in Tank 37, located in a particularly cool interior area of the winery. This allowed for a slower, more gradual fermentation, helping to lock in its aromatic characteristics and contributing to the longevity of this Sauvignon Blanc.

CEREMONIA DEPÓSITO 12 BOBAL ROSÉ
A very pale and elegant rosé wine with pinkish and slightly orange hues, conveying great clarity and finesse. On the nose, it reveals fresh aromas of cherry and raspberry, complemented by subtle notes of wild red berries and a hint of Mediterranean scrubland that adds complexity. On the palate, it shows good volume and a clearly present yet well-balanced acidity, delivering freshness and harmony.
This balance is achieved through controlled fermentation in Tank 12, located near the winery’s exit, where greater sun exposure allows for a slightly warmer fermentation than usual. This favors the integration between the natural acidity of the Bobal variety and its optimal level of ripeness.

CEREMONIA CAVA BRUT RESERVA
Pale golden Brut Reserva Cava with bright highlights and fine, persistent bubbles that bring liveliness and visual elegance. On the nose, it reveals an elegant and complex aromatic intensity, with notes of ripe white fruit, candied citrus, dried flowers, and subtle hints of pastry and nuts, the result of its aging on lees. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with vibrant acidity that enhances its refreshing character and accompanies a creamy, well-structured mouthfeel. The finish is long, with lingering notes of green apple, almond, and a subtle mineral touch that adds depth.
