The Valencian winery took part at the number one food and drink fair in Europe
The Salón Gourmets is an unmissable event for professionals in the food industry, that takes place every year at the IFEMA fairgrounds in Madrid. Bodegas Vicente Gandía has participated this year with its premium wines: Ceramic, Vicente Gandía Bobal by Pepe Hidalgo, Clos de Gallur and its latest market release, the Ostras Pedrín vermouth.
Salón Gourmets is the No. 1 quality Food and Beverage Fair in Europe and one of the most prestigious references in the world for the sector, it presents the best showcase of high-end trends. With a history of 35 editions, growing numbers and a purely commercial spirit, it is the most visited platform and a meeting place for national and international professionals in the gastronomy sector: restaurants, hotels, distribution, catering and specialized trade.
This fair, considered one of the largest gastronomic gatherings in the world, broke attendance records in this latest edition. In addition, the fairgrounds hosted, as always an intense program of activities, including contests, tastings, presentations, show cooking, conferences, etc.
Bodegas Vicente Gandia took part in this great fair in order to consolidate its premium range in the market. Approximately 3 years ago, the winery opted to create new references of high expression and thus be able to satisfy the needs of the most gourmet public. This fair is the perfect setting to display the winery’s most relevant references created by its head winemaker Pepe Hidalgo.
