THE ASIA WINE TROPHY AND THE BERLINER WEIN TROPHY ORGANISED BY DWM (DEUTSCHE WEIN MARKETING) AND GUARANTEED BY THE OIV (INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF THE VINEYARD AND WINE) RECOGNISE THE EXCELLENT QUALITY OF THE WINES OF VICENTE GANDÍA
The Asia Wine Trophy was held at the ultra-modern Daejeon Convention Center (DCC) in South Korea. More than 300 wines were scored by the 120 judges who made up the panel of judges. This event is very important in the Asian market where the consumption of wine has grown in recent years. The wines awarded with a gold medal in this contest are: Hoya de Cadenas Cabernet Sauvignon, Hoya de Cadenas Reserva Privada, El Miracle by Mariscal, Sandara Blanco, Ceremonia Bobal and Castillo de Liria Reserva.
The Berliner Wein Trophy is one of the most important competitions in the international wine scene and in which wines from all corners of the world compete. This contest, organized according to the rules of the OIV (International Organization of Vine and Wine) has awarded the winery with 4 gold medals to the wines: Hoya de Cadenas Cabernet Sauvignon, Hoya de Cadenas Reserva Tempranillo, Uva Pirata Petit Verdot and Castillo de Liria Crianza.
In this sense the prestigious winemaker Luis G. Severino, technical director of the winery, has expressed satisfaction with the results obtained from many years of work, which certify the effort to obtain the highest quality of the winery.
