Vicente Gandía has released the new vintage of his “Blanc de Noirs” after the success of the initial harvest.
About a year ago Vicente Gandia launched his new collection of wines made with the bobal variety created by Pepe Hidalgo, new products destined mainly for the HORECA industry that had an enormous success despite the trouble situation we are experiencing. Thanks to this, the winery ran out of stocks of this great white wine in its first vintage.
The winery has already launched the new Bobal Blanco vintage on the market. This “Blanc de Noirs” has been made with red grapes of the Bobal variety. For that we handpicked the grapes and we pressed them with a yield of under 45%. The must is left cold for three days in order to absorb the light color extracted, then is fermented once it has been cleansed at 14º C. After that the wine has completed its fermentation process into French oak barrels.
Stands out for the pale-yellow color with a reddish hue. Aromas of wild strawberries, white flowers and ripe fruit. On the palate, it has a well-balanced acidity with a refreshing long finish reminiscent of berries.
In addition, is the perfect match for fish, seafood, soft cheeses and rice.
A white wine in which everything is special, with a staging that is a statement of intent and that leaves no one indifferent.
