Barón de Valls is renewed

The range of Barón de Valls wines from Bodegas Vicente Gandia takes a leap forward in quality and design.

The Valencian winery renews the image of Barón de Valls, one of its most important ranges of wines within its portfolio. This wine brand has been destined for export markets since its launch more than 20 years ago. The new image of Barón de Valls has been developed by the winery’s internal design team.

In addition to this improvement in design, this range has taken a leap forward regarding the quality of its wines, renewing the general concept of the brand, providing more value. José Hidalgo, Technical Director of Bodegas Vicente Gandía, has been in charge of improving the production by providing more appealing to these wines that have been made with high-value native varieties such as bobal, monastrell, macabeo or tempranillo.

The Barón de Valls range is made up of 3 wines:

Barón de Valls red, made with the varieties: monastrell, bobal and tempranillo. Is of a rich black cherry colour with a subtle purple tinge. On the nose, aromas of berries. On the palate unfolds its fruity character, a well-rounded and pleasant finish with a perfect acidity and a slightly sweet aftertaste.

Barón de Valls White, 100% Macabeo. A shiny white wine of straw yellow colour, the predominant aromas are ripe fruits like apricot skins. On the palate is wide and smooth, with excellent balance between sugar and acidity.

Barón de Valls bobal Rosé stands out for its intense strawberry colour. In the nose reminds of ripe berries. The palate shows freshness, softness and a hint of sweetness with an easy-drinking texture. A young and fresh wine Ideally enjoyed as an aperitif or with light meals.
