Elaboration

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes for this wine come from the Alforins area (D.O.P. Valencia), in vineyards with a large component of active limestone. Selecting the grains at the right moment of maturation to obtain the best raw material for this wine. The pressing is done gently to extract the purest juice from the fruit. Subsequently, the Ceramic Sauvignon Blanc fermentation takes place in oak barrels lightly toasted with volcanic stone imported from Iceland, this, unlike directly applying the flame on the staves, gives this wine a unique nuance. Finally, the wine has been refined in a clay jar to offer it a range of different nuances.

Tasting notes

A brillant white wine with golden hues and a dense tear. The nose is imbued with tropical aromas with boxwood understones on a smoky base coming from the 500 litres barreks toasted with volcanic rocks from Iceland. The ageing in ceramic vats add fresh acidity in the palate, full body and a long elegant finish.
