Ceremonia Monastrell Blanc de Noirs, the new adventure of Bodegas Vicente Gandia

The valencian winery extends his range Ceremonia with a new white wine of the Monastrell variety

Ceremonia Reserva was made in 1996 the first signature wine with fantastic coupage of selected varieties. Later, the range was expanded with a new wine called Ceremonia Bobal. This excellent wine is made 100% with Bobal, which is the most impcereortant and indigenous grape of the Utiel-Requena designation of origin. Now, the winery has decided to expand the range and create Ceremonia Monastrell Blanc de Noirs, a white wine made with a red variety, which collects the essence of the autochthonous variety of Alicante.

Ceremonia Monastrell is a straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Releases aromas reminiscent of tropical fruit and apricots with a hint of plum. Full-bodied in the mouth with an elegant sharpness and pleasant after-taste. Its goes well with seafood, fish, semi-cured cheeses and rice.

A white wine harvested in late September, this Monastrell is hand-picked and pressed whole (with no stalking or crushing). We only use 50% of the must extracted from the press, fermenting it at 14ºC. Clean with little decanting, it is bottled in February to preserve the complexity and subtlety of its aromas.

Bodegas Vicente Gandia is committed to design and innovation, so in addition to expanding the range, it has carried out a restyling in order to continue growing both nationally and internationally.
